On the property there's a wooden chalet of 60m², built 15 meters from the river. It is build with sturdy (10cm thick) wooden logs and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen. Telephone, TV and internet by satellite are available. Below the chalet there's a garage of 60m². Next to the chalet and close to the riverside there's a wood-burning sauna for 6 persons.
The property is not dependent on the local infrastructure with regards to its water and energy. Water can be used from the river or from a spring on the property. The property is totally self-sufficient, generating its own energy using both solar and water power.

The only sounds you hear at this "finca rustica" are those of the birds singing during the day and those of the wild boars at night. Next to the soothing sound of the local waterfall of course! Below the waterfall is a big basin 3 meters deep, that acts as a natural swimming pool in summer.
