These homes are the first development in Oxfordshire to achieve EcoHomes Excellent.

They are built by Kingerlee Homes who are a leading “eco-developer” with very specific requirements for the perceived and actual sustainability of the schemes it undertakes. It recognises that sustainable development relies on services, amenities and facilities offered by the locality of the development itself. Often these factors are outside any real influence of a developer of the size of Kingerlee Homes, and consequently we place heavy emphasis on the design and construction of the building envelope, the inclusion of appropriate services and systems (and by implications the exclusion of the inappropriate), simple buildable details, education of new owners and monitoring the performance of completed schemes.
