For anyone worried about flooding in Somerset - When the River Parrett rose, the High Street was not flooded, Langport is above the flood line.
Our river system at Great Bow Yard is well designed. There has been no flooding and the house is not on the flood map. Therefore ordinary cheap contents insurance.
